Every week in Aotearoa, four families are told the heart-breaking news that their child has cancer. Child Cancer Foundation supports them every step of the way, but we need your help.
We need to raise $6.5 million each year and we don’t receive any direct government funding, so these families rely on the generosity of their fellow Kiwis.
That’s why every dollar collected during our Street Appeal makes a difference.

We will provide you with a Child Cancer Foundation bib or sash, bucket and thank you stickers.
Make sure you're dressed for the weather, and bring anything else you might need (e.g. water and snacks).
Please take a quick look at our Collector Guidelines for helpful tips and guidance.
An Area Coordinator is your key contact person who will help troubleshoot any problems over the Appeal days. They will also replace your collection bucket with empty ones and bank the collected funds from your area at the end of the Appeal.
If you would like to volunteer as an Area Coordinator, please contact our team using this form here or email [email protected].
Please register your interest here. We will find a site that suits you, and your team will be allocated to that site for the day.
It’s when an organisation, school or community group volunteers to look after one Street Appeal collection site for a full day (or two). Your group organises who’s there, and we provide all the materials you need on the day. It’s a great option if your workplace or group wants to make a bigger impact together! Once you register your interest, we’ll help you choose a local site that suits your team. Please contact our team using this form here or email [email protected].
Please contact the Regional Coordinator looking after your area:

Coordinator questions
Only selected sites will get an Eftpos machine. This is due to the rental costs. We choose sites based on data from previous years.
Only coordinators will be depositing banking bags (unless someone has requested you specifically to do so). Here are step-by-step instructions on how to deposit the banking bags.
You can visit your nearest ANZ bank and ask for more Fast Deposit Banking Bags and deposit slips. This is the information you will need to deposit the banking bag:

Name of Depositor: Louise Goss
Reference: (Important - Please insert your site code here. It is the code you have been emailed that starts with CCF followed by 4-5 numbers. If in doubt, ask your coordinator for the code)
